Hi, I just payed for the Serpent Fire Tummo, I was wondering what was the best way to speak with Mystress about a time to start.

I'm looking to activate my Kundalini.  I have already been working on it with a friend, he brought me into the process of enlightenement. Which I am now working towards, along with some minor Shaktipat and lots of Reiki work.
