Seem to have the same goals and effects.  Anyone experience tummo or both?

Never had a Diksha initiation. Went through Tummo, and a few years before then tried Reiki. Found Reiki to be a bit limiting and eventually had the symbols fried.  Way before then I was initiated into mantra. I still use this mantra at times, it really helps to focus the mind when needed. It seems that the purpose and effect of many initiations are to clear the vessel from blockages and open us up to something more free and open.  Tummo was far more spontaneous than Reiki attunement, which was very ritualistic.

Hi Guys,

Have you tried Innersun Rei Ki and Tummo Rei Ki?

Let me know how your experiences are. Thanks in advance guys.

Hello, IS.  Sounds like your reiki stuff may have similarities with serpent fire tummo.  Since there's so much to get from SFT, in addition to the other interests I pursue, I don't wish to take time from them.  I've found SFT to be of immense value personally and in my work and I can highly recommend it without reservation.

Best regards to you as you make your way.

Hi Sigmund,

I am not doing any Rei Ki yet, I am still searching. I asked if you or others have done/tried this before.
And I need the manual files to compare. Do you have the manual files from SFT that I can read to study?

Reiki is contra- indicated with kundalini.  The symbols limit and flavor what you get which can lead to serious illnesses if your kundalini is rising.  Reiki evolves you according to someone else's patterns, not your own, from my understanding.  You can get really jammed.

Fst files are available when you've joined the fst school.  Meanwhile, here's a link to the lessons in the course.  http://www.fire-serpent.com/preview.html#out

Have fun.  :~~>
