How do you make a paid appointment?

Could someone please tell me the process of making a paid appointment?  I can click on the paypal link, but I don't have an email address or phone to make the payment to.  I'm personally okay with paypal and prefer not to mail a check around the world for services.  If someone could reply to this, I certainly would be appreciative.  Any suggestions or making direct contact with Angelique Serpent.

  Yes, I have retired from public session work and will only accept Shaktipat or karma clearing appointments with my FST students. I have retired from granting tummo initiations altogether, that work is passed onto my Lineage. 

  It is understandable.. people who become Fire Serpent Tantra members are making a committment to learn what I offer, and as their numbers increase my availability to the general public must decrease because there are only so many moments in a day.
