Hello everybody,

I have been worshiping Goddess in the Indian prayer form from last one year. I also am a yoga teacher. I was interested in Mahamudra practice and started doing the vase breathing practice from a book from the last week, from past three days I have developed constipation and burning near anus which I never had before. Also I am finding lust very high and no guilt in satisfying it.

Please help me to know how to counter balance the heat and what should my view be on the onset of lustful thoughts.
