I believe I am having a spirtual Awakening. I have been meditating for a few months know. When I started to meditate I had bad headaches, but they seemed to fade away. Now everytime I meditate my body has rushes of enery flowing through every limb, I have no idea what to do can someone please help me. I don't know if I should stop meditating altogether or just work through it. I also notice a loss in energy. Is this normal

I notice you said you used to to have bad headaches. well im not sure why but i used to het those when i use to meditate. About the loss of energy that could be either Part of some awakening, A health problem or a side effect of the mediation. If your whole meditation is focused only on breath work it can also be that. OSHO said that doing that is like a tranquilizer and can sometimes dull your intelligence.
