Slight heaviness or weight in chest during meditation.

I have found sometimes during meditaition I can feel a slight heaviness or weight in my chest. Sometimes more heavy than others but overall its nothing too intense so far.
Anybody know what might be the cause of this and what I can do to meditate more comfortable?
