i see that this message is a few years old, but i have found the same thing still. the real player links to the grounding meditations do not work. a message comes up that sates they are either outdated or broken. the MP3 link does work though.

 The video format is very outdated.

  Upgrades are in process, but my internet empire outgrew what one person can manage sometime around 2001... other sites and this forum have been demanding my attention. Thanks for reporting.
