Hello Everyone,

New here and I had a few questions. I had my Kundalini Awakened about 2 years ago during my first Diksha session. Since then I have been using Kundalini Awakening by Kelly Howell as my main meditation device. I have had some amazing experiences of bliss, but so far nothing that I would call stillness. I'm debating whether or not I should put it aside and begin a different system of meditation or not. I was curious if anyone else here has used this cd and what kind of experiences they have had. Thanks in advance for any advice or insights.
