Hi. I'm new to this . One time while meditating on my core it became a lava pit and my body was on fire . I felt like that superhero whose whole body stayed on fire. Another time I was walking outside and I saw lightening bolts around me and one hit near me and energy came up from the earth into my body. Any thoughts

 I think nobody has responded to this, not because its unusual but because its normal. People often feel Kundalini rising like an inner volcano, feel very connected to the Earth and of course the electric charge of a lightning strike nearby the static and ozone rises up you especially if you are walking on the ground.
