Just a thank you for the huge amount of information and insight (and Shakti!) you all share through the website, forum, FST course and other offerings.

I started wondering about Kundalini a few years ago after having a couple of mild and very gentle experiences that were triggered by energy-healing sessions.  I could feel there was something different happening, and I wondered what it was. 

My internet searches for anything relating to Prana, Qi or "subtle energies" led me to read more about Kundalini, but until I discovered KundaliniTeacher.com (almost one year ago), everything I read seemed designed to scare me away from even trying to awaken K in myself.

So, finding this site has allowed me to feel a lot more comfortable about the idea of K-awakening, and any fear I had has evaporated.  All that remains is for me to overcome my own inertia and dig deep in myself for some discipline, to really allow myself to become awake.
