Thank you.  I've just finished the initial grounding meditation and although I don't feel wildly, explosively energetic, I am satisfied that it was thoroughly effective.  I feel strong, filled with light, positive, and completely grounded.
I appreciate and will continue to practice this and explore other opportunities here.
