One morning I was mirror gazing, after some minutes I saw a lioness and then a tigress. I only saw the two for a split second. Then, my eyes began to disappear and all I saw was darkness. When one eye would disappear I could still see the other. I stop looking into the mirror and walked out of the bathroom for just a few minutes. I went back to the mirror to continue & immediately my entire reflection disappeared and was completely black. I stopped because I didn't know whether it was good or bad.. What does this mean?

Sounds like you had a great experience...

The faces are aspects of your consciousness, even the collective, and forgotten parts of yourself. Nothingness, is the pinnacle of most meditation practices, and our egos tend to fear it. You are doing really well. :)
