Very kind of you to ask.
Just my opinion. Grounding page is more like shaktipat enhanced exercise. So one is expected to participate and thus be a co creator of ones experience. And for that I don't think you need any special permission as it is already offered for all who come and take part in it. However it is not a formal shaktipat in that meaning as it is sometimes understood in some schools.
