I'll try to keep this short so that I don't bore anyone. I've been a vivid dreamer all my life and have been having lucid dreams for a long time. I've 'woken' in my dreams to find myself someplace and sometimes talking to other beings. Some hostile and some not. I was also attacked in my sleep for some time, but can now deal with that with no problem. Lately I have been feeling extreme moments of bliss whilst awake and also a huge amount of energy rushing in my crown chakra, and up around my body whilst in my sleep. So I have a bit of a spiritual thing going on at the moment.
The question I have now is about death in your sleep. Lately I have hade my head chopped off with a sword, an axe (then head waved on a pole), I've been gassed, electrocuted, had my throat cut, faced numerous tsunamis, and the other day I was stabbed in the abdomen. Each one I 'knew' I had to go through it. I stayed calm and faced these deaths (took a lot of courage to face these and know I wouldn't feel any pain).
Can anyone help with what these are about? I thought maybe I was just working through fear, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else experience such violent deaths in their dreams?
