I am a FST student. I would like to have a Kundalini Shaktipat. I send mail to Sigmund, but could not get a reply. Can Mystress help me.
Ravikumar, as part of Tummo and in both of the long replies I sent you - Tummo clears the way and when you're ready, you get Shatipat.
It's possible that your expectations of what Shaktipat is are clouding your vision.
Ground yourself, go into your heart and ask if you already have Shaktipat. Ask if you're blocked. Ask to see any blockages. If you're blocked, ask Goddess to clear your blockages. Then, surrender what comes up next. Repeat. What remains is for you to cognitively deal with.

Thank you for the reply. I am finding it very difficult to do the grounding or to connect to the heart. This is where I need help. Can you help me. If required I am ready to go through the Tummo initiation once again. Please advise.
