Title: Meditate for K flow or Null?
Post by: Jeff on July 23, 2009, 03:59:29 PM
I am in the early stages of figuring this out and I need some advice.

When I relax and quite my mind (or listening to certain music), I get K energy rushes that I can move around my body.  This energy is combined with a sense of peace.  When I use a modified form of your grounding exercise, I get a huge spike of energy that encompasses my whole body.

My limited readings on meditation describes trying to reach a "null" state to feel the universal bliss.  Whenever I meditate, I end up raising the energy (which feels good).  My question is should I try to raise the energy (easy to do and fun)?  Or am I, distracting myself from the bliss state?

Finally, am I just confused and my really good energy is really the same as what others call bliss.  What does bliss feel like?

Thanks for your help.

No need to try to raise the energy. It happens spontaneously. Just keep relaxing (And getting grounded)  Surrender to it and find out for yourself what happens. No need to control anything.
