I was lying in bed last night (alone) and as I was drifting off to sleep it suddenly felt like there was someone behind me with her arms around me gently stroking me (somewhere on my uper body, can't remember)
This felt really nice but also there was trhis "tickling" sensation actually inside my neck and head and it felt like it wasn't going to be long before it would explode. During the nexk day I've terrible neck pains and I need to roll my nexk around a lot and tilt it various ways to help loosen it up. I feel this pain may soon be about to alleviate itself.
