You describe seeing prana like swirling comets. Often, ever since I was little when I look up at the sky I can see these spheres, like soap bubbles, but without that shinny color mirror aspect. Aproximately, as big as cherries and floating in the air. I always have thought it was an eye ilusion due to the light or something. But reading your description of prana made me think, if what I see could be prana. I don't see this indoors, only if there's a sun beam that comes in the window, otherwise it's always been outdoors, near trees or in the sun light and always when you look up into the air.
I'm not psychic, I do have very strong spiritual beliefs, I feel energy, sense things and stuff but nothing too spectacular.

I think you are seeing what are called floaters, little bits of debris in the fluid of the eye.
