Dear Sir, I have been ungrounded from shakti energy coming down through the crown chakra for two years from a high dimension after a sharp kundalini awakening. Following this I had a bad experience with a lower entity folloishy instigated by myself (as i realise now) which resulted in a bad psychosis. Years on now I've been ungrounded since the energy started coming down through the crown chakra and I got the thought to let earth energy rise up through my feet, which has created new problems (pains, heat, fear) although has helped ground me and focus me a bit. It has also forced me to give up smoking which I have struggled with and vowed to do. However as I had experience of a lower entitiy I'm scared of having this earth energy permanently rising - i fear the link and any earth magnetic changes that might cause it to rise. I was wondering if the decision to let this energy rise is normal and could it have been suggested by my spirit guide? I'm just worried that as I have been fearful maybe this has been instigated by a lower entity and I don't want any coming up. Thanks.

Chi comes in the crown from the sky, Shakti rises from the earth. Sure you can trust it. The fear you feel is just karma coming up to be surrendered. Karma is all made of different sorts of fears and emotional baggage, just breathe through it and let it go, its perfectly normal. Getting grounded really helps with the fear too, and calcium magneseum and b vitamins for stress.
Let it rise, thats what Kundalini awakening is about...
