Title: Root chakra
Post by: iansanityy on October 21, 2013, 09:59:53 PM
Hi, just have one question. Is it possible to initiate kundalini by overcharging the root chakra, or is kundalini regulated by the higher self to prevent premature awakening?

Hi,
It is said that kundalini is sleeping at the root chakra.
But strange is that kundalini is never sleeping it is we that are sleeping.
At the deepest part of your being there is a divine within you but yet not embraced by your whole being. Kundalini is divine within us undiscovered. Im not into literal reading of mystical advice. And root chakra read like this will help to approach kundalini less mechanistically. Or with lack of respect for its meaning and wisdom.
Quick answer is that higher self must feel that a person is wishing for it at a deeper level.
Love,
Duu

You can charge the root chakra and nothing will happen to you. You can become very sexual, or very instinctive, perhaps remove blockages. Overdoing it though can make the manifestations unpleasant.

Duu says that the higher self must wish for it. Imagine that your consciousness, possibly resting at the level of the root chakra, or some other chakra starts imagining "What more is there?" "Where do I -really- come from", and this question permeates the entirety of your being, that responds: "Let's find out.."

Expansion takes place. Shakti reaches for Shiva, Shiva reaches for Shakti..  Trauma can set it in motion. Intense spiritual practice can, as well. A persistent, deep seated yearning to experience where you really come from, can.  As far as I can understand, it's the direction your consciousness wishes to take, that truly matters.
