I found this website at the end of an intense fifteen-year spiritual journey and now at the beginning of an even more intense, hopefully infinitely longer, infinitely more productive one. Thank you, Mystress, for continually reconciling Western Christian concepts and Eastern Mystic ones to help me understand that the Monk is the same Monk in the Abbey or the Temple, and that God and the Goddess and Brahma and Devi are truly one. Thank you also for your exceptionally practical and honest advice in spiritual growth; you're like the doctor who doesn't force his patients to not eat donuts but instead teaches them how to exercise pleasurably and gives them recipes for tasty vegetable dishes.

I'm glad I have also found this community, which I hope to learn and grow from even more. Please let me know if my statements are ever too bold; I've spent too many years in the company of academics and have a lot of negative pride to work off still.
