Symptom related to Kundalini?

Hi Mystress,

I know your not a qualified doctor but I'm wondering if you could possibly comment on a symptom that is currently bothering me. It is my left eye. For some reason recently it is turned slightly to the left and occasionally aches. If I focus on something close then things in the background appear double. If I cross my eyes and release them then my left eye takes longer to return. Other than that I can see straight and move them both as normal. I heard somewhere that the 3rd eye is in control of the left eye movement.

It bothers me (and I know it shouldn't) that I don't look as good as I should with a slightly dodgey eye. I mean no one has noticed because it is not that noticable but it matters to me. Do you think that this could be a possible symptom of Kundalini and my current mental state and that it will return to normal when I am through this period. I have been to the doctors and the opticians but they say it is fine and that it should return to normal but I am still not convinced. If you look it up on the net it says it could also be linked to neurological illness but with my current mental state I am sure that this is just muscular tension related to stress. I understand that a load of weird stuff can happen with K.

Is there anything I can ask Godess to do to return this to normal.

Blessings

Mystress

I think it is muscular tension, similar to people who get a facial tic- one face muscle twitching when they are stressed. I'm surprised the opticians did not give you eye excercises to sort it out. You might be able to find some on the web. Eh? When muscles are tense, we gently stretch them out.

Spiritual healing would be "Goddess please take this tension behind my left eye and everything connected to it, and give me back insights. Thank you." (deep breath)

You might also consider a muscle relaxant like Robaxacet (I am not a MD) or seeing a cranio sacral therapist.

Other than that, I am moved to ask:  What are you afraid to look upon? What is that eye trying to turn away from seeing?  What do you think you will see if your third eye opens?

Talk to your inner child. Children all have an opened third eye and usually close it because what they see frightens them and adults tell them the stuff is not real. So often the inner child has a vested interest in keeping the third eye closed, and it is more connected to the body than the ego.

Oh thankyou Mystress. Thats so helpful. I too am sure that it is muscular tension. I am going back to see the optician soon about it but hes on Holiday now till next month.

I'm not sure why I am afraid to look upon. Maybe its due to the amount of stress I have been under recently I cannot face myself and the pain I am going through at the mo? Maybe I cannot face myself, I have wasted time and tried unsuccessfully to get through this period without success, made mistakes/learnt from experience. Looking back all the answers were so easy :( I'm not sure what I would see if my 3rd eye was to open - what do people normally see?

Is there anything I can do to help connect with my inner child? Hobbies or tasks etc? Or do I need to look inside myself? I'm finding it hard since being depressed. Before this I was the biggest child I knew.
