First of all, Mystress - thanks A LOT for all the info on your website - it's very helpful!!

I don't understand a little thing on the grounding (the last part):

At the end of the visualization after you visualize your body as an egg of light... when the energy from the center of the earth hits the sun and it returns to your body multiplied - does it  go back to the center of the earth or it remains in your aura, feeding it (with the earth-center cord energy still going up)?

My first language isn't English so probably that's why I misunderstood.

Hello Cris!

Think of it as a circuit!  The idea is to lock the energy in, so the the earth and the sun are connected constantly, with your aura as the conduit in the middle.  It feeds with energy infinitely. All you have to do is to get grounded until it becomes permanent. That's why she recommends 8 times a day for 45 days.
