Dear All,

I don't know if you can help but I've been going through the awakening since February/March and have had some interesting side effects since that time which I've been getting used to.  About two weeks ago I began the Maya Feinnes DVD which focuses on the Second Chakra and since then I seem to be going to the toilet more frequently than normal.  I have no discomfort or that kind of thing but I don't know if I should try and do anything about it or if it's normal for things related to the second chakra.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you, I will do, I was just wondering if it was something that was every generally experienced as part of the awakening.

 There can be such variety of symtoms with awakening, increased urination can be a sign of cleansing, it can also be a sign of oncoming diabetes. You need to talk to the person who created the system, and also your doctor.
