I have a while doing kundalini meditation and now my channels are clearing up more and more, but something that worries me a lot is that I have 9 amalgam filings (they have mercury) on my teeth and I have heard that they can make the process more painful. I can't afford to replace them all, and I also fear that the heat of the electric currents might cause the mercury from my fillings to turn to gas and go to my body I heard it's very dangerous.

I thought everything was going good and now I realized this, I know I can speed this up but now I'm afraid. Any advice?

Hi!

I haven't heard about anybody kundalini awakened having problems with amalgam.  I do know some people have had them replaced, but it most likely wasn't because of kundalini. Maybe somebody else here knows more?

If it worries you, you could practise surrender and take it easy with your awakening until you get the peace of mind back in this issue. What has happened to somebody else doesn't necessarily happen to you, but it's good to gather some information too.  Speeding up the process artificially isn't usually the way to go anyway

Good question-I had not thought of that as an issue. I also have a mouthful of fillings. As a new practitioner of K I can safely say it has not been an issue yet. If in the future my dental work becomes an issue I will post  about my experience here. Thanks

  I had all mine replaced over a period of years just because not having mercury in my mouth seemed a good idea but I cannot say they ever gave me any issues.
