Hi, I just wanted to find soem info from those who know about kundalini rising and chakras.

Do the chakras get opened fully with kundalini working up? or does it happen when the energy rises all the way to the top?

I use to do chakra meditations before I started raising energy, should I carry on? I didnt pay much attention to it after because I thought it was working the chakras systematically. But I found I had much better easier times when I was working on chakras too before the meidtations.

Once the energy from below the solar plexus fires up it will travel up  the spine warming the glands...it pauses at the heart and you begin to bliss and it continues to the pineal and the third eye starts to open and as it clears the crown you are connected to the "all that is" and bliss and ecstasy mix with the third eye viewer open and seeing all living things as pulsating aura.

I don't meditate it for me seems wishing or forcing and since kundalini is a natural function one is better off being on a healthy diet and focused on truth in all things. I was subsisting on water and avocado's and exercise when it took me! I was willing to let go! I had never even heard of this physical process it just happened...twice, letting go is a "grace" moment...grace allows!

Kundalini is to me an evolutionary process and currently above our ability to understand, thus is described only in certain symbolic terms that are not to be taken literally.

So kundalini rises and opens chakras. It can happen in different order and manifold ways. Since the evolution of individual is its goal. Nobody is wired the same, has same needs and wishes. So it works and you evolve a bit, then another bit....
Then one nice day you know that evolution that must happen is real and that is a bit shocking.

I mean  you can say I had some troublesome conflict at work or some thing like that... but I learned about myself and become smarter and more balanced.
Or one can chose in same instance to say Godess allowed energy to enter my life to clear a petals on my third and fourth chakras. I learned about myself and became smarter. Thank you Godess.

Or one can say I had the conflict.. but I did not learned did not improve myself...
If you dont even learn, then how you are going to evolve?

So it does not matter if you feel or not feel these specific things as chakras progress or not...
But it does matter whether you understand the Godess call and bow to her at right time even when in pain.
So, you know integration and realy learning is the key. Not having bliss or this or that rising, this or that way.
Thus it requres balance and mind free as possible from naive notions of superstitious imagination.
Also mind that more lessons at once is not helpfull to resolving the present one.

Kundalini is to me

You have never experienced Kundalini rising as this quote from you says it all.

Humans are wired all the same and the function of warming the glands is the same in everyone....the difference is the explanation.....explanations are different from everyone...

Kundalini is a natural function and when completed and the human at 100% perceiving....the third eye OPEN with the environment pulsating aura.....I laugh at the 'dual minders' trying to incorporate a god into a completely physical event.
For me it was Bliss, Ecstasy and most of all 'KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THAT IS' as NATURE WOULD HAVE IT.

If it hasn't HAPPENED to you how can you speculate  about it through your stupid belief system?

SO go 'god damn yourself' and hope 'grace' happens to offer up letting go of that EGO!

The further from center the more you are bound by EGO!

I mean kundalini is such a big and vast subject that I feel sometime
that realy I can say nothing about it. But then I do say something based on my experience
and I leave it to others to reflect on it as they wish.

Kundalini rising and phenomena is fine. But it is better to focus to be wise, balanced and compasionate person.
Kundalini has the potential to grant theese blessings, but sometimes it does not happen as one would hope.

The worry about my ego is humorous. I do love my ego absolutely. I do not fight with it.(most of the time).

Grace is the window to the kundalini format.....goodness is a feature of dual mind has nothing to do with grace or kundalini. One never has goodness or hate while in center.

I notice everyone thinks kundalini is a spiritual function except there are no gods or spirits connected with kundalini....Kundalini is a physical body function that increases the mind set from 10% perception.to 100% perception. We see through a glass darkly at 10%.....Kundalini allows the ego to drop as ones perception goes to 100% hueman. We are all aura entities with huge potential but since we are out of center we are bound by EGO.....you may like EGO but you will die to rid youself of it.....Might as well enjoy your aura surrounding in the "knowledge of all that is" than play this stupid dual minded game of "whats going on"?

meditation blocks the natural letting go of kundalini as you make an ego game waiting for the death to center you.....AGAIN.

If what you are doing feels good and is working for you, so much the better. I had a spontaneous and haphazard awakening and didn't know what was happening to me and frankly, its the only way this would have happened. I'm lazy and would never have the discipline to "make" it happen by practicing hours of meditation and yoga. This process unfolds as individual and unique as people are unique and individual. To demonstrate how unschooled I am about this, I had to read about non-dualism to understand what the fuss is about. It seems to me that people are arguing the same conclusion from different perspective. In any case, whatever It is, It's intelligent and the "One" really pulling the strings.

  The newly awakened go through a "righteousness" phase where they think they know it all. The perceptions gained by kundalini do not open the brain 100%, and your brain has been opened only a little. The perceptual changes genuine shamans go through transcend what you get from kundalini by many levels.

Lol, funny thread. I kinda knew soon as I saw Duu get put down, mystress is gona kick ass again, welldone.

Erm still back to the point, I kinda got it be honest, the chakras are not premanently opened up are they just there and then at that moment rite? I have realised that I needed to get into excercise sit ups specially helped with the naval chakra a bit, I can kinda take it now, but I have lost alot with kundalini as its so hard to get it to rise now. Although earlier I did quite well, not sure where I got it too though.

Mystress, hun, I still got jaw movement, throat chakra issues etc, Im even using crystals to try clear them etc, but again when the energy passes that area it is so uncomfortable hun, can you please try help me out? Im not sure whats going on with me hun, but I need you.

Are you sure you see Mystress as Godess? How could you then disregard her wishes and her advice?  It looks to me that you just see her as just a tool to meet some selfish goal.
It just does not work like that.
Why dont you rather do the advice already given and then report in couple of months how it goes.
Why to ask for advice and then disregard it and ask again?

In fact the help you received is really rare. And is this, an appreciation?

The post from a troll is also a cry for love. A troll might not be aware of it, but it does not really matter here...

It is difficult to be really sure in the world of kundalini who might be a troll and who isn't. That's why labeling somebody a troll is kinda tricky. Kundalini and spirituality in general attracts all kind of people, more or less mentally unstable. Also, all posts here might give insights to somebody else, not only to the original poster. So a supposed troll gets answered too if somebody in the lineage or Mystress gets inspired to write. If a supposed troll gets really out of control he might get banned, but so far it hasn't happened so often.

I like when I post questions and answers just come.
Yes, Mari, it can be seen as cry for love or energy or attention.. which can be the same thing.
But one can ask nicely or one can try to steal, it or wrestle it out by applying some power struggle game. There are a few apparent right here.
Because also crime, drug abuse and so on is a cry for love only well, very stupidly done.

I think it is selfishness a person only thinks how to take and never how to give.
But it is usual teenager unripeness, probably because parents didnt care that attentively so child learned that he must force love or attention out. Quite sad really but thats what is this forum about so one can see his patterns and maybe task of others is to point it out. A not nice task a bit ungrateful.
So I sympathize.. a bit. But there is a line and one must be strict. Feeding really unhealthy habits its not at all good for the person nor for anyone around. No more coke to the kids its bad for the teeth.

Yes eyewish, I know that Huns are a respectable ancient tribe, most of the time. But to call a Mystress with the name of the horse riding barbarians that sacked lots of Roman villas including Rome itself is a bit too much. (ransacked – run sacked – sacked and raided away) Mystress is not a Hun. She is maybe a Vandal or Goth, since she likes ships and sacrifices in honor to Godess. So definitely not a Hun. Well apparently our civilization really got lots of tribes names as an insult it is due to Romans pushing too much north.. until one day they got it back. Do you know that word bohemian was an insult in old times? An unjust insult actually the same as Vandals or Huns.

But you can see bohemians and vandals even now on the streets fight against the rigid civilization in their own ways. But Huns are somewhat behind.

So this is a exploration into Roman age introduced slang. It kept its meaning for 1500 years.
So Im thinking that if one is talking with someone who remembers a lot of incarnations it is best not  to use slang like that since it might open some really personal feelings.
I think if someone remembers Rome burning than the word Hun isnt that funny anymore.
