Hello,

For the past few years but more so recently I have been experiencing kriyas that seem to go around my spine and into the right side of my head.  This has caused me extreme pain because it feels like the energy gets stuck there.  I would equate it to water running through a hose, but when there is a kink in the hose the water cannot flow and so it all builds up.  This is what it feels like in the right side of my head.  I do not feel any kind of energy movement in the left side of my head from the kriyas.  It is really bothering me a great deal.  I experience much discomfort from this.  Can anyone give me some advice?

I've found personally that jala neti (nose cleaning with a neti pot) can also be very beneficial, for issues related to the nose and sinuses. Also feel very good to do.

I get this way, too.  I don't know exactly what to say as I just have recently tamed my Kundalini.  Self-inquisition may help in the sense that it can promote you to find the answer from an inner source.  You may also try pulling energy up through your root up into your torso and throat area.  It may encourage an energy shift in your head cavity.
