Four months ago I went to a Gyspy psychic near where I live for advice, she ended up talking me into getting a spiritual cleansing for my family and I. After 2 days of the start of the cleansing I started feeling extremely sped up and wound up, and started getting pressure headaches, dizziness, shakiness all over the body, tinnitus (which is ringing in the ears), and even my blood vessels and muscles feel very tight and constricted constantly. It's very uncomfortable to feel like this, and at this point I fear what being like this for so long is doing to my health. I've tried everything I can think of ,energy and reiki healings, prayer, meditation, hatha yoga (which actually just made it worse) sea salt baths, nothing has helped. Someone just told me she might have awakened the Kundalini energy in me. Can anyone tell me, is this true? I'm desperate to find a solution to this.

  Great idea traveller, as I do not suffer fools gladly.

  She seeks someone to respect her desire to resist and control, to wave a magic wand and give her a "solution" to make her awakening go away. Nobody can do that, and her continuing efforts to find someone will only make things worse.

   I do not believe she is in any way ready to hear that information or she would have read more of the site, before posting.

  Do you want to be the one to tell her, that what is done cannot be undone and her life won't ever be the same?  If she were ready to consider the option that it might be a blessing, then we would have a place to begin, but panic mode is not trust, and people in that place are not good listeners.

  So, sure... send her off on a merry go round of spiritual healers who will promise what they cannot deliver, until her resistance wears out and the only option left, is to trust and surrender to what Is.

  Kundalini awakening, is a profound spiritual cleansing that acts on all levels, and does not stop until you become an enlightened being... and once sparked, it is irresistable as a steamroller.... fighting the process makes the symtoms worsen. She wants someone, to help her fight.  I cannot do that.

  But if you want to send people elsewhere, I'd suggest Bob's board.

Honestly, you seem quite defencive to me, I must say I had to laugh when you corrected the spelling of my user name. Do you think the spelling makes any difference? or were you just making a point. Were you offended by my "My-Stress" remark.

Do you really feel that is the case? I don't think she wants it to go away, I just think she is scared and looking for  some reassurance.

Sure I can tell her that history is just that, but we learn from it right. Personally I like to share my knowledge, my opinion, but if she wants to take it on or just ignore it........that's not my problem, or yours. But why do you think she chose your site to ask the question?

  Then why didn't you share knowledge? Offer reassurance?  If you think her choice of my site was important, why refer her elsewhere?

   Your post made no sense, offered no benefit, no comfort or good advice, only criticism of my lineage's timeliness in responding. Whom did it serve? What was the benefit to anyone in that?  You criticise people, then criticise them again for defending against your criticism. What a troll! Please explain how anyone benefits from your presence here?

  Plenty of people have read my handle as "My stress" I think it funny, because their thoughts are creative and that is probably what I will end up being, for them. 

  As for your username, Traveler is the handle of a Tantric Priestess I have known for over a decade.  She wrote an essay on sacred serpents which is on my site.  People will think you wrote it, that you are she, but you do not possess her grace or wisdom.

  As for "fools" (besides yourself) if you make even the slightest study of Gypsy culture (Roma) you would know that ripping people off is part of their way of life. They believe they have a god-given right to steal, con, and mess with non-gypsies for fun and profit.  Going to a gypsy for a psychic reading is as stupidly destructive as letting a child molestor babysit your kids.

  Yes, I have met kind gypsies, but they had left the gypsy culture.

LOL....given your opinion of me, I doubt they would think it was me who wrote the essay.

I will change my user name to alleviate anymore confusion.
