Dear Mystress Angelique,

Thank you for all your contribution with this site. I was assisted by Sigmund a few years ago and your introduction to grounding has been pivotal for my health and sanity!

I'd like to ask for your feedback please... I've written an article for my own site which is about grounding and have included a version of the grounding exercise. It's written for mainstream folk and is intended to be practical and non-denominational rather than esoteric. For that reason I haven't mentioned anything to do with Kundalini or your site.

Would you like me to reference your inspiration?

Here's a link to the article and the version of the grounding exercise that I've posted:

So you express your gratitude by ripping me off? Inspiration, really? In some places you use the exact same words and metaphors.
The energy of it though, is flat. Always happens when someone tries to use my work for their own agenda. What typically happens next is their efforts become invisible. Lost.

Yes I would certainly hope you would provide some attribution, and a link so people who encounter your watered down idea have the option to access the real deal.

Greetings Mystress,

Thank you for your reply. I saw it for the first time just now. I put a link to kundalini-teacher.com on the grounding page on my website earlier today.

I was wrong to not give you attribution before. It's taken me a long time to realise that.

I'm sorry. Please accept my apology.

Greetings Angelique,

I've been dissatisfied with my apology to you yesterday and would like to expand.

My intention was not to rip you off or make you feel ripped off. I wasn't trying to benefit from your work, but was definitely misguided and confused. It's unlike me to not acknowledge the role of others in my life and I've been trying to understand why I did that with you.

For a while now I've been developing myself to act as a gateway to spirituality for people overtly interested in professional development. I wanted to appeal to a 'rational' audience, yet I realise that all I succeeded in was to dilute the message of grounding and project my own insecurities.

Throwing myself into business training, I programmed myself to be focused on distinction and differentiation, and I became obsessed with an inflated sense of purpose.

I can't quite believe I've been so stubborn and arrogant for so long, in not acknowledging Sigmund's and your role in introducing me to grounding, and the impact your website has made on me.

Please let me know if you still feel any further dissatisfaction upon this issue and I will act to resolve that. For my part, I will do my best to be vigilant against being blindly, big-headed. And I will focus on sharing for the sake of sharing, rather than to feel important for having shared.
