Starlight

Hi all im new to this site and would like to introduce myself, im sarah-jane and i am aged 27. I have encountered several phenomenal experiences throughout my life and i am interested in furthering my spiritual development.
Secondly, I have a question, my nana passed away 2 years ago due to terminal cancer and my sister has recently had a reading. In the reading my nana came through and the medium had said that my nana wasn't happy and that she was stuck between worlds. I know that she was very afraid of dying and wondered why this happens. Also this was quite upsetting and even tho she is deceased i cant help but be 'worried' about her. I just wondered why this can happen and what i could do to help her reach the light?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Oh and i hope to chat soon to everyone. Thankyou in advance..

Hi, Starlight.  Welcome to the group.  I understand your anxiety.  It makes sense that your nana feels in between worlds given her fears.  She wasn't happy about things while she was living, something was eating her up.  There were things she resisted saying, doing, putting into play ....  After awhile, those undealt with things add up where they're held and organ damage results.

Her fears cloud her awareness and block her from seeing that everything is a reflection of (her) divine nature.  She can't see beyond the spot she's standing on.  Since it appears that she isn't aware that she can easily and peacefully change how things are going for her, you can help her by getting a sense of the infinite energy coursing up through the two of you and dropping down on you from grounding and then just being with her in your mind ..., hanging out with her and breathing normally, letting things unfold in and through the space you both inhabit.  It happens beyond your awarenesses, too.  In any case, be grounded while you're processing in addition to grounding beforehand.  That will bring and create stability.  Once things settle down to a degree, ask her what she'd like.  Ask her  what's causing her pain.   After awhile, you can resolve the pain by being more with the light and asking her/your favorite saints or deities to do what's best for all of you.

I don't know what you know about grounding  so, I've included a link for you.  http://kundalini-teacher.com/meditations/grounding.php

Warm regards.
