Best way to clear energetic blocks?

My awakenoing started a little less than a year ago.  So much has changed, it's been a really neat and also at times very difficult experience. 

Presently I can tell that I haver energetic blockages in my ear, neck, and elbows.  I meditate every day.  I practice qigong every day.  What other things might I do to relieve these blockages?  Any specific form of meditation?

For the physical, gentle, dynamic excercises done syncronized with the breath and with awareness, can be helpful in clearing blockages.

A powerful way to clear blockages, is to locate them and then surrender them to Goddess (Or your version of the highest)  By surrendering them, they are either cleared, or you get new insights about them, that will help you. Always begin with making sure you are grounded. Check the links below:

Hi Solo,

I've noticed everyone is different so what works for me, may not work for you.  I have found that the best way to clear blockages is to start by relaxing and breathing deeply.  Then focus on the blockage for a few minutes.  If get the urge to do any movement what so ever, just let it happen.  Hover your hands over the blockages slowly concentrating on where it feels the best to position your hands.  Sometimes rubbing or tapping the area.  All this will be subtle, but you'd could be surprised that you are able to perform some energy work on yourself to help alleviate blockages.  It works for me.  Also I've noticed that toning at different levels can help.  The lower tones coming from your vocal chords help with the lower chakras and higher pitched notes help with the 6th and 7th chakras.  Don't feel awkward about just letting out sounds!  Anything for relief.  Good luck.
