Feeling very agitated/irritable but ok

These days I'm feeling very edgy and in fact sometimes (like now) I'm sweating. I'm often screaming loudly which is really annoying everybody around me but I feel like I need to do this to get tension out of my body.

I have also been exercising a lot reently (more than ever in my life). My main exercise is swimming. I used to do yoga but since I moved I haven't found a new studio in the area I live. I plan to start back next week, not to mention getting up early (6:00) in the morning and going for an early swim at least 3 times a week. I think this lifestyle is really helping my kundalini experience.

Sometimes these days when just drifting off to sleep I can feel a very plesurable feeling in my heart, like theres something "rumbling" there and there's stuff being "cleared"

My life is getting better slowly but surely... but the progress is so slow I can barely notice it. I can start to feel light-headedness a lot more now although the facial pain is still there and in my neck and shoulders but sometimes the pain turns to an ache and the ache feels nice. I guess the aim is to get more of these aches and eventually they'll all melt and turn into pleasure or something.

Anyway I'm glad I found this website. I should have started all this years ago
