Hello,

I'm thankful if you could help me.

I stopped smoking in 2004 and my kundalini process started in 2006. Due to problems I restarted to smoke
and I have the problem that if I stop smoking it pushes the energy upwards so that I feel uncomfortable or hurted.

Are there any helpful suggestions to what I can do?
