Retroactive Prevention
of Old Emotional Trauma Scars.

~ Previously called, "Deus ex Machina, DIY"

This is about second chances, a do-over, of sorts. Sounds like a miracle, feels like one too but it is actually solidly grounded in Jungian psychology. Nothing spiritual or religious, so it is available to everyone.

Disclaimer: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is the medical term for this monster of emotional torment that destroys lives.

I refer to it as "old emotional trauma scars" beause I am not a doctor. I cannot and do not make medical claims: that is the law. I am an artist and mystic teacher with a deep interest in Jungian psychology. People, are my finest art. Positive transformations. Think of this as a global art project you can participate in.

Preface:

My technique of retroactively preventing emotional scars, takes minutes to learn, seconds to apply, works immediately. Just a phrase in three variations to memorize or write down, and repeat as needed.

If the emotional scar comes from a single event, very few repeats are needed. If it comes from an extended situation such as domestic or child abuse, or wartime tragedy then repeat for each traumatic memory and trigger as you find them, until you feel whole again.

No pain, no drugs*, no suffering, no struggle... and no cost. I am offering this tech as a free gift to the world.

I want it to go viral and be translated into every language. This art, is for everyone.

Retroactive Prevention: How is that possible?

There is an aspect of your consciousness that can go anywhere in time and space.

Jung called it the "self". Commonly called the "Higher self" to distinguish it from the ordinary use of the word "self." It is part of your unconscious mind.

He wrote:

Part of the human Self or Soul is not subject to laws of space and time. ~ Carl Jung
The unconscious has no time. There is no trouble about time in the unconscious. Part of our psyche is not in time and not in space. They are only an illusion, time and space, and so in a certain part of our psyche time does not exist at all. ~Carl Jung

  • Why the traumatic memories stay so fresh and do not fade over time like regular memories: they are stored in a different place, where time does not exist.

  • Why non-physical time travel is effortless for your Higher self.

Your Higher self can go anywhere in space and time. It is a part of you, always listening to your every thought. It is receptive to requests, especially if they lead to greater balance and wholeness. It is all love and wisdom.

If you ask it to go back in time to a traumatic event, to give your past self the love and support you needed to cope instead of breaking... it does. Immediately.

Events of the past remain the same, but your personal experience of those events is transformed from trauma to empowerment. Instead of wounds and scars your past self got/gets this...

The highest, most decisive experience is to be alone with one's own self. You must be alone to find out what supports you, when you find that you can not support yourself. Only this experience can give you an indestructible foundation. ~ Carl Jung

Transfom old emotional scars into tremendous empowerment.

Why this is key: Science discovered why one person gets traumatized and another doesn't, from the same event. The difference- the recipe for a scar is internal: intense feelings of isolation and helplessness. Even for the victimized, or those in a mass event who were not physically alone, it is these internal feelings that make the scar.

Experiencing a visitation by your own Higher self generates the opposite emotions. The Higher self can time travel so, the visitations, interventions can be scheduled retroactively. Resolve your old trauma scars just by asking (in the right way) for your Higher self.to offer its love and wisdom to your past self, at the times when you needed it most.

The beauty of it, slays me. Seeing people becoming freed from their own personal hells, so effortlessly,... amazes me every time.

People are never helped in their suffering by what they think for themselves, but only by revelation of a wisdom greater than their own. It is this which lifts them out of their distress. ~ Carl Jung

Your past self, gets love and wisdom from your Higher self, transforming your your experience of the past. The change to the past, ripples forward into the now. You don't feel a thing except lighter, more whole.

Retroactive Prevention: A simple request directed toward an aspect of your own unconscious mind, that changes the emotional circumstances of the past traumatic event just enough, to prevent lasting damage.

The greatest and most important problems of life are all in a certain sense insoluble. They can never be solved, but only outgrown. This 'outgrowing', as I formerly called it, on further experience was seen to consist in a new level of consciousness. Some higher or wider interest arose on the person's horizon, and through this widening of view, the insoluble problem lost its urgency. It was not solved logically in its own terms, but faded out when confronted with a new and stronger life-tendency. ~ Carl Jung

Whether it is genuine, non-physical time travel (I believe it is) or a revision of a memory, does not matter at all. To our linear, conscious mind, the past only exists in memory.

Re-interpreting memories in the light of new information is something we do all the time, naturally as we age, and priorities change.

Think of your favourite toy as a child. How do you feel about it now? Can you pinpoint the moment when the toy lost its importance, or was it a gradual loss of interest? "Faded out"

Are you ready to try it?

Everybody has some sort of painful memory.

Nobody, as long as he moves about among the chaotic currents of life, is without trouble. ~ Carl Jung

Think of a traumatic event from your past that left an emotional scar. Just sort of, mentally point to it from a safe distance. Do not dive into the memory, we do not want to trigger a flashback or any discomfort, for gentleness but it is ok if you do feel some reaction.

"O my Higher Self: Please go back in time to just before this painful event, and be with my past self as it unfolds, sharing your love and wisdom. Thank you. "

Read it again, with intention that you are saying it to your Self.

Distract yourself for a few seconds to mentally detach from the memory.
What is your favourite colour?
Has it changed, since you were a child?

Any distraction will do, we can only really think of one thing at a time.

You can do something physical, like tracing a spiral on the palm of one hand with a finger of the other.

Now we check results. Think about that event from the past. How does the memory feel?

Phrase, Second Variation

If there are any harsh emotions remaining, clean them up. Mentally point to the emotions and repeat the phrase, with a slight variation:

"O my Higher Self: Please go back in time, to just before the event that triggered these emotions, and support my past self with your love and wisdom, as it unfolds. Thank you."

Distract yourself.
Do you like dogs? I got my first dog in 2014, I had no idea they are so cool.

Check results.

Repeat as needed.

We ask the Higher self to go back to just before the event, be sure your past self does not have to face it alone. Your past self gets a bit of preparation to face the painful event.

Review the steps:

  1. Identify the memory, trigger, or issue;
  2. Say or think the phrase to request retroactive intervention.
  3. Distract yourself for a moment.
  4. Check on the results.
  5. Use the second phrase to clean any lingering emotional debris.
  6. Distract yourself for a moment.
  7. Check on the results.
  8. Repeat as needed.

The second variation, can be used when you feel a trigger but do not know what event caused it. It is quite common for painful memories to become repressed, leaving only a trigger reaction to indicate something is hidden. You do not have to know anything except how it makes you feel, to request intervention. Your Higher Self knows all about where the trigger came from and what your past self needs/needed.

Sometimes I see people give their head a little shake when they discover the scar is gone like it never existed. It is a strange feeling for the monster to just, disappear and leave no trace. (If there is a trace, repeat the second phrase while mentally pointing at the trace.) Memory and Temporal Paradox

We use trance states to connect the conscious and unconscious mind.

For the intervention, your Higher self will pull your past self into a slightly altered state in order to be able to communicate. This does not affect your free will, but it may affect your ability to remember details of the visit.

Many people feel a sense of deja vu when reading this document... Like this is something they learned before a long time ago and forgot about, but they cannot recall when they learned it, or where.

The first time you use the phrase, your Higher self showed up as you, to your past self, and explained all about the non-physical time travel because it is invested in informed consent. You do not remember because altered state and "no spoilers."

Even if you have not tried it yet, the future choice leaves an echo that is felt as deja vu.

You are supported in your journey to wholeness.

Once you start talking to your higher self, even though it is a one-way conversation, you will find you start getting ideas of what other painful memories or issues you can use Retroactive Prevention to resolve. Your higher self will give subtle prompts to support you. It knows where all your traumas are buried, better than you ever could.

Your Higher self is very smart. Once I had used the phrases about a hundred times, I started just asking my Higher self "Retroactive intervention for this please" as soon as an unwelcome behavior, thought or memory showed up.

Once you discover you have power to so easily resolve what you felt helpless against before, the fear disappears and looking for your old traumas so you can retroactively prevent them, gets to be a fascinating treasure hunt inside your own mind. Replacing trauma scars with empowerment, can actually be fun! People have told me so.

...I said, three variations... ?

The third phrase, may be a gift of mercy to a loved one, or a random act of kindness to a complete stranger. Someone you see road raging or acting out from their traumas. Even, someone you see on the news.

The third phrase is used to request Retroactive Prevention on behalf of other people.

Through the Self, the collective consciousness, we are all connected.

In some way or other we are part of a single, all-embracing psyche, a single 'greatest man. . . .' ~ Carl Jung

Your Higher self, while individual and unique to you, is connected to all the other Higher selves of everyone else in the world, everyone who has ever lived, through what Jung called the Collective consciousness.

The result is you can ask your Higher self to ask someone else's Higher self to perform the same intervention.

"O my Higher Self: Please ask (this person)'s Higher self go back in time, to just before the painful event that causes them to (act out in this way.) to support their past self with its love and wisdom, as it unfolds. Thank you."

It is ok to edit the words to fit the situation, just be sure to include these two elements:

  • You are asking your higher self, to ask the other person's Higher self to do the Retroactive Prevention on what ever issue is at cause of the emotions and/or behavior you have witnessed or learned about.
  • That you request their Higher self begin the intervention, just before the traumatic event or events began, so they are prepared, and stay with them through it.

Their free will is respected because their Higher self has free will to veto the request if it is not right for their person, and the request itself is open-ended enough to allow their Higher self to modify as it sees fit.
There is no penalty for rejected requests. No harm in trying.
Their past self has free will to choose how to respond to the intervention.

We all have that, always.

If your motive is selfless compassion, the request is usually fulfilled. Random acts of kindness.

You cannot use it to manipulate people, the higher selves won't go for that. You cannot control what they will/did experience.

If your motive is self serving, if you are trying to use the tech to manipulate someone for your own benefit, their Higher self will know. It might even tell them. The Higher self is big on consent via full disclosure.

Don't do it for a hero trip, or something to brag about. If you try to tell somebody you fixed them it just sounds crazy because if it worked, then there never was anything to fix.

You were not the one doing the heavy lifting either, their own Self did the work.

The downside is, if they do not know the cause of a change they feel, they may mis-attribute the cause to what ever they happened to be doing in the moment, or some special interest they have. If they start sharing the mis-information then more people might be led astray.

The simplest thing is to point them to this document, or share it with them. Then they are empowered to help themselves.

Lingering connections

The third phrase is not always, "one and done."

If you are going to do this, do not be surprised if you find yourself thinking of the person, quite often in the hours and days following. You can safely assume you are getting subtle requests from their Higher self, asking to apply the tech to other issues. Simply respond "Yes, intervene as you know best, thank you."

You can also ask your higher self, to ask their higher self to lead them to this document. The more we can make this page go viral, the easier that becomes.

If you are a victim of abuse, you may want to apply it to the one who hurt you... but typically you have to resolve your trauma before you can find that sort of compassion. One reason for starting a world peace movement, to have a community you can call on for help.

I read this quote and thought, transformation, ... that is MY job. Our job. I cannot do it alone.

I am starting a global peace movement to promote this art tech I have developed. I want for everyone to know how to put their emotional traumas to rest, and find peace.

The movment is called Minions of Mercy, MoM for short, and that means Mother Earth. Trauma is a climate change issue. So many people hurting too much, struggling so hard, no energy left to take care of the earth, think about the future. A lot of what Speth calls apathy, is really a deep fatigue.

I believe it is the fatigue from old emotional trauma scars that leads to suicide, more than the pain. Pain is exhausting.
